The role manages and documents software development processes, trains staff, and drives process improvements aligned with ISO standards. Good English and organisational skills required. About this role
We're looking for a QA Process Auditor to help manage, document, and continuously improve our software development processes. This is a great entry point into the software industry for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to learn.
What you’ll do
- Create and maintain software development process documentation
- Develop process training materials and support leaders in facilitating process training
- Drive internal and external stakeholders to obtain valid process improvements
- Ensure the application of defined processes to particular projects
- Regularly collect and report to the project management board
- Review and update internal procedures regularly to incorporate best practices

- Self-management, active, and creative mindset
- Good command of English
- Ability to create and manage documentation in Google Drive
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Genuine interest in starting a career in the software development industry
Nice to haves
- Prior experience in process documentation or quality management
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 standards
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Notion)
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles and team roles
