HDWEBSOFT is hiring a UI/UX Designer (1–3 years experience) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role designs user interfaces for web and mobile applications, creates wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and collaborates with developers to ensure pixel-perfect delivery. HDWEBSOFT is a 150-person ISO-certified software outsourcing company.
About this role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to create beautiful, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate closely with developers and project managers to take designs from concept to pixel-perfect delivery.
What you’ll do
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Contribute to and maintain the design system
- Conduct iterative design reviews based on feedback
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- 1–3 years of UI/UX design experience for software, web apps, and/or mobile devices
- Mastery of core design concepts (composition & layout, color theory, typography)
- Wireframing and light technical documentation skills
- Experience with user interface and visual design patterns
- Ability to take a design from concept to wireframe to pixel-perfect
- Understanding of the iterative design process
- Understanding of the technical feasibility of both web and mobile products
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese at business level
Nice to haves
- Ability to write front-end code (HTML/CSS/jQuery)
- Experience designing interfaces for real-world production applications
- Experience working in structured, collaborative cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Mac OS X, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma
