HDWEBSOFT is hiring QA Testers (Junior to Senior) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role covers the full testing lifecycle — test case creation, UAT, regression, and automation — for software products used by global clients. Agile/Scrum experience required. HDWEBSOFT is a 150-person ISO 9001 certified software outsourcing company.
About this role
We're looking for QA Testers to ensure the quality and reliability of software products built for our clients. You'll work closely with developers and project managers across the full testing lifecycle — from test case creation to final sign-off.
What you’ll do
- Create test cases and user acceptance tests
- Test projects from an end-user perspective
- Coordinate with other teams within the company
- Assist in building up QA processes
- Prepare and maintain documentation
- Report progress to management
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- Experience with an Agile/Scrum development process
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
Nice to haves
- Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman)
- Experience with performance testing tools
- ISTQB certification
