About this role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence across SEO, SEM, content, and social media. You'll work across multiple channels to grow traffic, leads, and brand awareness for HDWEBSOFT globally.
What you’ll do
- Content creation including graphics and videos (30%)
- Search Engine Optimization (20%)
- Website management and optimization (15%)
- Social media management (15%)
- Strategy, analytics, administration, and delivery (10%)
- PPC advertising (5%)
- Email marketing (5%)
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- At least 1 year of digital marketing experience
- Proficient knowledge of HubSpot, Google AdWords, and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines
- Ability to produce insightful marketing reports
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Basic video editing skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining consistent quality
- Strong relational and communication skills
- Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment and across management levels
- Strong time management skills
Nice to haves
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4
