You'll collaborate with product and development teams to build scalable infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure the reliability of systems used by clients worldwide.
In this multifaceted role, you will be a major player in our technology team, responsible for the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to build scalable software solutions
- Identify technologies that can improve the company's products and services
- Oversee the overall technology development and utilization plan across infrastructure domains
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployments, testing, and monitoring
- Manage cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP, optimizing resources for cost-effectiveness
- Implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data and service availability
- Work with agile development methodologies and pursue continued learning opportunities
- Understand how customers use the software in production and help improve operational visibility
- Communicate effectively on technology status, goals, and progress to stakeholders
- Help build, train, and strengthen the engineering capability of the team as we grow
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- Proficiency in English (all 4 skills)
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer for a software development company or established startup
- Extensive experience in coding, system architecture, and solution design
- Excellent knowledge of microservice and database architecture and optimization
- Knowledge of information system security
- Knowledge of web application architecture and RESTful API design
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET
- Knowledge across systems development, architecture, security, and databases
- Knowledge of DevOps principles, tools, and practices (particularly AWS and Azure)
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and processes
Nice to haves
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of frontend development (React, Vue, Angular)
- Knowledge in building and publishing native mobile applications
- Experience with Jira, Slack, Notion, Google Suite, MS Suite
