HDWEBSOFT is hiring Business Analysts (Middle to Senior, tech and non-tech) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role translates business requirements into technical specifications, manages project scope, and facilitates Agile delivery for software projects serving global clients. Good English communication and Agile experience required.
About this role
We're looking for Business Analysts — both tech and non-tech — to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with clients and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on target.
Note: If you are a non-tech BA, you can treat the technical requirements as nice-to-haves rather than must-haves.
What you’ll do
- Translate complex business needs into clear and concise technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements
- Manage project scope and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Assist the PM in project management
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project execution and delivery
- Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Proactively identify risks and propose solutions
- Document client business requirements in detail (reports, data requirements, technical specs)
